On June 21, Ningbo Vorey printing technology co.,ltd. ushered in a historic moment-Launching ceremony of equity incentive.

The general manager , Mr. Xue HongLiang Reviewed the 12 years development history of the company .

He also introduced the strategic planning and vision of the company's future development.He said:

”If you want the horse to run well, you should feed more grass.”

When the company develops to a certain stage,It is a best way to give employees certain rights and interests through

to truly achieve both prosperity and loss so as to build a win-win mechanism

Mrs. Song xueping , the project manager of the equity incentive ，

introduced the design of equity incentive , shareholding and dividend method 

as well as the assessment and withdrawal method . 

At the end of the launching ceremony, the signing of equity incentive and sharing 

certificate granting process was carried out.The partners took pictures together .
